The problem
Teams were stitching together chat, task tracking, video calls, and meeting notes across four separate tools — losing context every time they switched.
Our approach
WebflowX is now a North Foundry product. We built the product on Convex for real-time sync as a multi-tenant workspace, layering role-based access, live chat, task management, and AI-powered meeting summaries into one coherent product — not a bundle of integrations.
Behind the build
The hardest part wasn't building chat or video individually — it was making everything feel like one product. Real-time messaging, meetings, AI summaries, permissions, and task management all needed to stay synchronized without creating inconsistent state. Seeing the entire workspace operate smoothly as a single platform was the most satisfying part.
