Website redesign servicesA redesign should win you customers. Not cost you your rankings.

Most redesigns are judged on launch day and regretted a month later, when the traffic is gone. We rebuild the site on Next.js with a CMS your team can actually edit, map every old URL to a new one before anything goes live, and stay accountable to the number that has to move: enquiries.

/ In plain terms

What is a website redesign?

A website redesign replaces the structure, design and code of an existing site while keeping the things it has already earned: its URLs, its search rankings and its content. A good redesign is judged by what happens after launch, meaning more enquiries from the same traffic, faster pages and a site the business can update without a developer.

/ The tell

Find the sentence that describes your week.

The things you would already have noticed if a website redesign applied to you.

  • The site looks dated next to competitors whose service is no better than yours.
  • Changing a headline means emailing a developer and waiting a week.
  • Traffic is fine, but enquiries are flat and nobody can say where visitors drop off.
  • It loads slowly on a phone, which is where most of your visitors are.
  • The last redesign lost rankings and you are nervous about doing it again.

/ What lands in your hands

What you actually receive.

Concrete things, not a statement of intent. This is what is included in a website redesign.

01

Content and URL audit

Every existing page listed with its traffic and its search queries, so we know what must be preserved before anything is moved.

02

Redirect map

A 301 redirect from every old URL to its new home, written and tested before launch day rather than patched afterwards.

03

New design and build

Pages designed around one clear action per page, built on Next.js so they are fast by default and easy to extend.

04

A CMS your team can use

Sanity or Payload behind every section, so headings, case studies and blog posts are edited by you, not ticketed to us.

05

Lead capture and booking

Contact forms, calendar booking and CRM hand-off (GoHighLevel or your existing tool) wired in and tested end to end.

06

Technical SEO and structured data

Titles, canonical tags, sitemap and schema markup set per page, plus a Search Console baseline so the before and after can be compared.

/ How it runs

Four stages. No surprises.

3 to 6 weeks for a marketing site. You get a fixed timeline and a fixed price in writing before any code is written.

  1. 01

    Audit

    Week 1

We crawl the current site, pull Search Console data and agree which pages, rankings and conversions have to survive the move.

  2. 02

    Structure and design

    Weeks 1 to 2

New sitemap, page outlines and design for the key templates. You approve the structure before any of it is built.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 2 to 5

The site is built on a preview URL you can open at any time, with a working demo every Friday.

  4. 04

    Launch and monitor

    Launch week onward

Redirects go live with the site. We watch crawl errors and rankings for the first weeks and fix anything that moves the wrong way.

Website Redesign FAQ · reviewed

How long does a website redesign take?

A marketing site with booking or lead capture typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from the audit to launch. Sites with large content libraries, e-commerce or custom features take longer. You get a fixed timeline in writing after the discovery call.

Will a redesign hurt my search rankings?

It should not, and when it does the cause is nearly always missing redirects or deleted content. We map every old URL to a new one with a 301 redirect, keep or improve the content that already ranks, and monitor Search Console after launch. Some movement in the first weeks is normal while search engines recrawl the site.

How much does a website redesign cost?

Projects start from $1,500. It depends on the number of page templates, the amount of content to migrate, and whether booking, CRM or e-commerce integrations are involved. We do not publish a flat rate because a five-page site and a two-hundred-page site are not the same job. The discovery call is free and ends with a fixed price for a defined scope.

Can you redesign my site without changing platform?

Sometimes. If the current platform is not what is holding the site back, a redesign on the same platform is cheaper and lower risk, and we will say so. We recommend moving to Next.js with a headless CMS when speed, editing or integrations are being limited by the platform itself.

Will I be able to edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Every section is backed by a CMS, so your team can change text, images, case studies and blog posts without a developer. We walk whoever will own it through the editor before handover.

Do you write the content too?

We restructure and edit existing content as part of the redesign, and we write page copy where it is missing. Long-form content such as an ongoing blog is scoped separately.

Still not sure this is the one you need?

Describe the business problem rather than the technical solution. Mapping it to the right service is our job, and the call is free whether or not we end up working together.
