Information we collect
When you contact us, book a call or use the chat assistant, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email, company, and the details of your inquiry. This site does not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and, only if you ask, send occasional updates. We never sell or rent your data.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained as long as needed to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it. Email legal@northfoundry.co and we remove your data within 30 days.
Third-party services
A few services run on this site and process data on our behalf. Call booking is provided by Cal.com, so details you enter in the booking calendar are handled under their privacy policy as well as ours. The chat assistant is provided by Fetchply, which loads a script on each page and processes the messages you send it. Case study pages embed live previews of client and project websites, which are loaded from those sites' own servers. We may use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Plausible) to understand how the site is used. Depending on the tool, these set cookies or record how pages are interacted with.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing legal@northfoundry.co.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a revised date.
