Designed a modern invoicing and inventory platform that helps businesses manage products, invoices, customers, and financial reporting from one centralized dashboard.
The problem
Small businesses were managing invoicing in one tool and inventory in another, with no shared source of truth and no visibility into either in real time.
Our approach
We built a unified SaaS platform with barcode scanning for stock, multi-currency invoicing, role-based access for teams, and live dashboards that reflect both sides of the business at once.

Behind the build
Designing the inventory and invoicing logic required careful planning because every stock movement affected purchasing, sales, and reporting. The most rewarding moment was seeing barcode scanning, inventory updates, and invoice generation work together in real time without manual reconciliation.
