Business automation servicesStop doing by hand what a workflow can do while you sleep.
Every small business has the same hidden job: copying details from one app to another, chasing people who did not reply, and remembering to send the reminder. We map where your time actually goes, then build the workflows in Zapier, Make or GoHighLevel that take those jobs off your list, with alerts when something needs a human.
/ In plain terms
What is business automation?
Business automation uses software to carry out repetitive tasks without a person doing them by hand: sending a follow-up when a lead fills in a form, adding a new customer to your CRM, creating an invoice when a job is marked done, or reminding a client before an appointment. Tools like Zapier, Make and GoHighLevel connect the apps a business already uses so that these steps happen automatically.

/ The tell
Find the sentence that describes your week.
The things you would already have noticed if this applied to you.
- New leads sit in your inbox or DMs until someone has time to reply.
- You copy customer details from forms into a spreadsheet or CRM by hand.
- No-shows happen because nobody sent a reminder.
- Invoices and quotes go out days late because they are made one at a time.
- You pay for several tools that do not talk to each other.
/ What lands in your hands
What you actually receive.
Concrete things, not a statement of intent. This is what is included in this service.
Workflow audit
We list the tasks you repeat every week, how long each takes, and which ones are worth automating first.
Lead capture and instant follow-up
Every form, ad lead or booking goes straight into your CRM and gets an immediate reply by email or text, in your voice.
GoHighLevel setup
Pipelines, forms, calendars, follow-up sequences and reminders configured in GoHighLevel, or connected to the CRM you already use.
Zapier and Make workflows
Your apps connected: forms, calendars, spreadsheets, invoicing, email and Slack, with the steps between them running on their own.
Error alerts
If a workflow fails, you hear about it straight away instead of finding out from an unhappy customer.
Documentation
A plain-English map of what runs when, so you or your team can change it later without guessing.
/ Proof
Work you can open, not a promise.
For PeakHawks we wired GoHighLevel into the booking flow, so every booking triggers the follow-up, reminders and pipeline updates without anyone touching it.

Business Automation FAQ · reviewed
How much does business automation cost?
It depends on how many workflows you need and how many apps they connect. A first set of workflows is a small fixed-price project, and the tools themselves (Zapier, Make or GoHighLevel) have their own monthly plans, which we estimate for you before you commit. You get a fixed quote after the free audit call.
What can be automated in a small business?
The most common wins are replying to new leads instantly, adding customers to a CRM, booking confirmations and reminders, review requests after a job, creating invoices and quotes, and moving data between forms, spreadsheets and accounting software. Anything you do the same way every time is a candidate.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?
Usually not. We connect the apps you already have where we can, and only suggest a new tool when it clearly saves you money or time.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every workflow we build has an alert, so a failure reaches you or us immediately. Apps change their settings and APIs over time, so we also offer monthly support to keep things running.
Can automation work with AI?
Yes. AI steps can sort incoming enquiries, draft replies for you to approve, or summarise calls, inside the same workflows. We add AI where it helps, not everywhere.
