All client work is governed by a written statement of work agreed before the engagement begins. These website terms cover use of the site itself.

Intellectual property

The North Foundry name, wordmark, and site content are our property. Client work-product ownership is defined in each statement of work — by default, clients own what we build for them upon final payment.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Foundry is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

Who can act for North Foundry

North Foundry only quotes, contracts, invoices and takes payment through email addresses ending in @northfoundry.co (hello@, sales@, legal@ and careers@northfoundry.co). Former partners, contractors or anyone else are not authorised to sell, quote, invoice or collect payment on our behalf. If you are offered North Foundry services from any other address or number, contact legal@northfoundry.co before paying anything. The full list is on our official contacts page.
