Real estate search that doesn't fight the buyer

The problem
Property listings sites were either bloated enterprise software or bare-bones listings pages with no real search or admin tooling.
Our approach
We built a real estate platform with Firebase authentication, real filtering, an admin panel for listing management, and an AI chatbot to help buyers narrow down options conversationally.
Behind the build
Property search only feels useful when filtering is fast and accurate. We focused on combining structured search with an AI assistant so buyers could either browse traditionally or simply describe what they were looking for conversationally.
