What you'll do

• —Own technical SEO on client builds: crawlability, structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
• —Map information architecture to real search intent instead of to an org chart
• —Work inside the codebase with engineers, not as a post-launch handoff
• —Report on what moved and what did not, without vanity metrics

What we're looking for

• —3+ years doing technical SEO on sites you can point to
• —Comfortable reading HTML, JSON-LD and a Lighthouse report without hand-holding
• —Fluent with Search Console and at least one crawler
• —Writes clearly in English and can defend a recommendation with evidence
