Build storefronts and checkout flows that take money reliably, in every market a client sells in.
What you'll do
- —Build custom Shopify themes, sections and subscription selling plans
- —Integrate and debug payment gateways, including webhooks, retries and reconciliation
- —Make merchandising editable by the client's own team without breaking the layout
- —Diagnose conversion problems in checkout with evidence rather than opinion
What we're looking for
- —3+ years building production Shopify storefronts, with real Liquid depth
- —Hands-on experience with at least two payment gateways beyond the happy path
- —Comfortable in JavaScript, CSS and the Shopify Admin and Storefront APIs
- —Able to explain a checkout trade-off to a non-technical founder
