What you'll do

• —Lead the technical delivery of client engagements from discovery to launch
• —Design pragmatic architectures and write production TypeScript daily
• —Communicate directly with clients — no account-manager buffer
• —Review code and raise the bar for the whole studio

What we're looking for

• —5+ years shipping production web applications
• —Deep fluency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and at least one backend runtime
• —Comfortable being client-facing in written and spoken English
• —A portfolio of shipped work you can walk us through
